HYMIE MISHAN | Principal
As co-founder of Vista Property, Hymie brings with him an extensive network of legal, brokerage, banking, and advisory contacts which contribute to Vista’s success as a purchaser and operator. Hymie has had a multi-disciplinary career with previous experience as founder of Excel Property Consulting, which brokered over $800M in commercial mortgage loans; a decade in private real estate acquisition and management; and as an investment and trading analyst for Citadel Investment Group.
SAUL SUTTON | Principal
Saul co-founded Vista Property in 2016 to focus on building a portfolio of ground up development and value-add repositioning investment properties. Developing properties for a privately held venture was the logical next step to best utilize Saul’s previous experience in all aspects of construction. Prior to co-founding Vista, Saul assisted in expanding the real estate development team for Catal Group and currently sits as the lead principle for Catal. During Saul’s career he has worked over $1.5B in construction and development across 3 continents.
ARK LATT | Chief Development Officer
Ark brings deep capabilities to the executive team with 32 years of private and institutional development experience. As we continue to engage larger more complex projects and scale geographically, Ark’s strong background both in international and domestic experience in entitlement, programming, design and construction will be key. Having held growth focused leadership roles across organizations such as Turner Construction, Brookfield and WeWork will further empower Vista’s growth.
REED EDWARDS | Chief Investment Officer
Reed brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment and development. Reed specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, development management, leasing, and asset management and has executed over 11 million square feet of transaction volume valued in excess of $4 billion during his career. Reed previously served as Managing Principal at Sterling Bay having played a prominent role in executing development projects for Google’s Midwest headquarters at 1KFulton, McDonald’s Corporation’s global headquarters at 110 North Carpenter in Chicago, IL as well as numerous other key creative office and multifamily developments. Reed’s experience will be vital as Vista grows its investment portfolio and pursues large-scale development projects in Chicago and select other markets nationwide.
MATT BARRETT | Director, Development
Matt joined Vista Property in 2021 and oversees new development project teams, engaging directly with architects, engineers, contractors, neighbors, and local authorities. As a licensed architect, Matt brings with him nearly 10 years of industry experience coordinating project teams through all phases of entitlement, design, bidding, and construction processes for high-rise multi-family residential, office, and hospitality projects.
DUBBIN HANON | Director, Finance and Accounting
Dubbin joined Vista Property in 2017 and has quickly become a critical component of the company's growth and success. Dubbin oversees a myriad of financial activities, including budgeting for Acquisitions and Development, due diligence, closing preparation and execution, compliance with loan provisions and other agreements, and clear communication with investors, capital providers, and tenants throughout the portfolio. Prior to joining Vista, Dubbin obtained rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University's affiliated RIETS and continues to engage the community, teaching in different capacities whenever he has the opportunity.
Ivan Kostadinov | Director, Development
Ivan joined Vista Property in 2022 and is responsible for directing project teams in the delivery of new developments. He is a licensed architect with experience working on multi-family residential, institutional, hospitality, and office buildings throughout the United States. With nearly a decade in the industry, Ivan has an acute familiarity with the building delivery process and the various stakeholders that work together to bring buildings to reality.
JAKE LERMAN | Director, Asset Management and Property Management
Jake joined Vista Property in 2020 and is responsible for Value-Add Project Implementation, Asset Management, and Property Management. He brings over 8 years of experience in design, construction and development services having held roles at R2 Companies and JLL where he managed capital improvement projects, an international portfolio for a major financial services client, and contributed to the development of a $500M + capital plan.
ANTOINETTE COLOREO | Executive Assistant, Director of AP/AR
Antoinette joined Vista Property in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in executive support and project management. Prior to joining Vista, she spent 15 years with C21 Department Stores as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager where she earned a meticulous track record of supporting professional needs with well-organized precision. Antoinette is an expert in strategic planning and providing comprehensive support to company leaders. She is also a tactical and resourceful Project Manager, well versed in organizing business operations, financial oversight and resource management.
SOLOMON SHULMAN | Associate, Acquisitions and Development
After interning for the firm for a couple of summers, Solomon rejoined Vista full time in 2021 where he primarily focuses on market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution. Prior to joining Vista, Solomon worked as an investment banker for the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in New York City. At RBC, Solomon focused on Mergers and Acquisitions with a specific focus on data centers and real estate acquisitions. He graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2019 with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. When not looking for the next real estate deal, Solomon enjoys hitting the links and is an avid runner.
MARTIZA POBLETE | Associate
Maritza is responsible for day to day bookkeeping, administrative, auditing, and reporting functions at Vista. She brings extensive experience working with real estate investors and their associated operating companies.
