HYMIE MISHAN | Principal

As co-founder of Vista Property, Hymie brings over 15 years of extensive underwriting and operations background that has contributed to Vista’s success as an owner/developer. Hymie has had a multi-disciplinary career with an impressive pipeline of financings to over $800M in real estate projects prior to Vista. He is an experienced developer with an attention to detail both in the properties themselves and financial analysis. He has spent his career in private real estate focusing on acquisitions and financings across the country.

SAUL SUTTON | Principal

Saul co-founded Vista Property in 2016 and has since overseen more than $3B in real estate development across the U.S., U.K., and Africa. As Chief Executive of the Catal Group Family Office—the anchor investor behind Vista—he drives asset allocation across real estate, equities, hedge funds, and alternatives. Under his leadership, Vista and Catal have delivered over $1B in Class A projects, highlighted by three best-in-class, fully leased office towers and three residential buildings totaling 1.2M+ sq. ft. Earlier in his career at LeFrak, Saul led large-scale construction initiatives, building expertise in both execution and strategic oversight. He holds a degree from Pratt Institute.

ARK LATT | Partner | Chief Development Officer

Ark joined Vista Property in 2019 and brings over 38 years of private and institutional development expertise to Vista’s leadership team. His deep experience across entitlement, design, construction, and programming positions Vista to execute increasingly complex and large-scale projects nationwide. Ark has held senior roles at Turner Construction, Brookfield Properties, China Construction America, and WeWork, where he spearheaded growth-driven initiatives that combined disciplined execution with strategic expansion. His large complex project background blended with international and domestic experience in major markets, adds a versatile and global perspective to Vista’s growth strategy. At Vista, Ark plays a critical role in scaling operations while maintaining the firm’s focus on asset quality, design, and execution. Ark is a graduate of NYIT with a 5-year degree in architecture.

MATT BARRETT | Senior Director, Development

Matt joined Vista Property in 2021 and oversees new development project teams, engaging directly with architects, engineers, contractors, neighbors, and local authorities. As a licensed architect, Matt brings with him nearly 10 years of industry experience coordinating project teams through all phases of entitlement, design, bidding, and construction processes for high-rise multi-family residential, office, and hospitality projects.

DUBBIN HANON | Director, Finance and Accounting

Dubbin joined Vista Property in 2017 and has quickly become a critical component of the company's growth and success. Dubbin oversees a myriad of financial activities, including budgeting for Acquisitions and Development, due diligence, closing preparation and execution, compliance with loan provisions and other agreements, and clear communication with investors, capital providers, and tenants throughout the portfolio. Prior to joining Vista, Dubbin obtained rabbinic ordination from Yeshiva University's affiliated RIETS and continues to engage the community, teaching in different capacities whenever he has the opportunity.

ANTOINETTE COLOREO | Director, Property Management

Antoinette joined Vista Property in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in executive support and project management.  Prior to joining Vista, she spent 15 years with C21 Department Stores as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager where she earned a meticulous track record of supporting professional needs with well-organized precision.  Antoinette is an expert in strategic planning and providing comprehensive support to company leaders.  She is also a tactical and resourceful Project Manager, well versed in organizing business operations, financial oversight and resource management.

SOLOMON SHULMAN | Director, Acquisitions and Development

Solomon Shulman is Director of Acquisitions and Development at Vista, where he has spent the past four and a half years leading strategic growth initiatives. With a foundation in investment banking, he brings expertise in financial underwriting, deal structuring, and operational execution. Solomon plays a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and maximizing investment opportunities. His sharp analytical skills and operational expertise make him a key leader in driving high-stakes acquisitions and complex development projects.

He graduated at the top of his class from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. Outside of work, Solomon enjoys golf and staying active through regular workouts.

JAKE LERMAN | Director, Asset Management and Property Management

Jake joined Vista Property in 2020 and is responsible for Value-Add Project Implementation, Asset Management, and Property Management. He brings over 8 years of experience in design, construction and development services having held roles at R2 Companies and JLL where he managed capital improvement projects, an international portfolio for a major financial services client, and contributed to the development of a $500M + capital plan.

IVAN KOSTADINOV | Director, Development

Ivan joined Vista Property in 2022 and is responsible for directing project teams in the delivery of new developments. He is a licensed architect with experience working on multi-family residential, institutional, hospitality, and office buildings throughout the United States. With nearly a decade in the industry, Ivan has an acute familiarity with the building delivery process and the various stakeholders that work together to bring buildings to reality.

ELLIOT LEVY | Analyst

Elliot joined the Vista Property in 2024. As an acquisitions and development analyst, he is primarily responsible for financial analysis and due diligence on prospective deals. Prior to joining Vista, Elliot spent three years at Meridian Capital Group, placing over $1.5 billion of debt across hundreds of deals. He graduated from New York University in 2020 with a degree in real estate.

JONATHAN ARANOFF | Analyst

Jonathan joined Vista Property in 2025 as an Acquisitions and Development Analyst. He is primarily responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence on prospective deals. Prior to joining Vista, Jonathan was an Acquisitions Analyst at a Real Estate Private Equity firm and an Audit Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jonathan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University in 2022 with a BS degree in accounting.

JACK SHULMAN | Analyst

After interning at Vista Property in the summer of 2024, Jack joined the team full time in the summer of 2025. He is part of the Acquisitions and Development team, where he supports the underwriting and due diligence process for prospective deals. Jack graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business Honors Program with a BS degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship in May 2025.

MARTIZA POBLETE | Associate

Maritza is responsible for day to day bookkeeping, administrative, auditing, and reporting functions at Vista. She brings extensive experience working with real estate investors and their associated operating companies.
