Leinster House

London

Leinster House constitutes the re-development of nine luxury flats from three Grade II listed buildings on the corner of Lancaster Gate. An elegant property located within a hundred yards of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the site highlights the cornerstones of grand period architecture and design. The The building benefits from a previously approved planning permission, which allows for full-area floor plates, a luxury since the council has introduced an upper limit of 200m2 for new homes since 2021. The brief for the project is to make improvements to the extant planning permission to allow for uncompromised flats. The project has recommenced at an interesting time for the area of Bayswater, an area that is still considered moderately undeveloped in comparison to neighboring areas to the East & West, albeit recently with an influx of investment in areas such as Queensway and in particularly along the Bayswater Road.
