400 N. Morgan is a planned 23-story mixed-use development located at the corner of W. Kinzie St. and N. Morgan St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. As the second phase of Vista Property’s three-phase mixed-use development, the project will feature 430 residential units, more than 4,000 SF of ground-floor retail, 149 parking spaces, and a new public park. Designed by Antunovich Associates, the 285-foot building will feature an L-shaped brick podium with a glass and metal tower rising above, along with a large lobby, amenity space, and rooftop decks for residents. Twenty percent of the residences will be designated as affordable housing. The project site has been expanded through the acquisition of the adjacent property at 403 N. Carpenter, allowing the development to occupy the full block bounded by W. Kinzie St., the Metra tracks, N. Morgan St., and N. Carpenter St. The project is located in the heart of Fulton Market, with Vista Property’s 370 N. Morgan development, the first phase of the overall project, currently under construction.
